WIN_REASON_CREATORGOD = 0x13

I'm trying to make my custom win message, but I don't know how.
With win message is mean this:

WIN_REASON_CREATORGOD = 0x13

It seems like 0x13 is the text "Horakhty"
and 0x10 is the text "Exodia".

How can I add one myself?

under string.config file if you have the current version you coud add this as example: !victory 0x31 Victory by the effect of Arcana .

To be exact the file name is strings.conf
