I changed this first post since it will be seen once you enter it. Since updates are rarely made, I decided to post links here at the first page.

Just to say my opinions. I'm hoping these efforts will not be wasted in a way that these cards we'll be scripting will not be used. It's not because I want to complete the cards in the game. Unlike official TCG and OCG cards, these cards weren't supposed to be playable so I hope you'll be using them. It's fine for TCG and OCG cards to be scripted even though unused since they're official cards unlike these. I said this opinion since it would be like a situation I had with V2. Berserker Soul (Anime) was removed since there's a TCG/OCG version released unfortunately, I had a Watt Deck (Leo's 2nd deck?) revolving around it so I was unable to use it. I'm quite pressured with these more complex cards that's why I'm posting this. I'll continue to work with most of the cards you requested and hopefully they are worth scripting.

Editing this first post and posting links here seem to help. Saw the increase in downloads in mediafire.
Anyways, I've got the idea of posting the whole expansions (this is the one Windows, Mac and Linux have but Android and iOS don't which contains a huge amount of Anime Cards) folder as well for Android and iOS users but the only problems are:
1. Do a lot of Android and iOS go here to download as well?
2. It is the same file I send to Percy, if I post the whole thing here, Windows, Mac and Linux would probably download it as well.
I'm think that I'll ask Android and iOS users to PM me so I can send the whole expansions folder in private.
EDIT 6/27/2016: I can send the expansions folder for Android and iOS users BUT you have to know how to add them to your apps on your own or from other's help.

Card Request posting rules:
1. Make sure you post the link, not just the card
2. Make sure you download YGoPro's latest update and my latest update and my Custom Pack before posting to ensure no redunduncy.
3. Make sure you check the To-Do List below.
4. Make sure they're not in the lists above as well.
5. Cards on top of the To-Do list are either too op, unmakeable or next in line to be made.
6. Links on top are cards with missing artworks so I can't make them yet.

How to add cards from these update into your YGoPro:
1. Download them.
2. Make sure your game is closed
3. Extract the contents (.zip and .cdb) into your expansions folder.
4. As for strings.conf, check its contents, also the one in your YGoPro's. Compare and copy the contents using Notepad, Wordpad or a similar application.

EDIT: 2/2/2017: The admins have decided that will revert Custom PSCT in-game, they will continue to use any outdated TCG text but however use OCG effects and rulings. And for that, I add this database which you can place to your expansions folder which will clarify a few of the cards with contradictory rulings.

I don't want to use a Card Manager. I want to duel others not just a set of people who know me. I understand this is not your top priority but everyone wants their anime cards. I know ZEXAL cards will be added in the next updates but I want to get these forgotten cards.

Also, i've been arguing for months that there's still some Cards from the 3Ds Videogame that are missing (Dogking, Antidote Nurse, Ferocious Flora, Playmaker and Tomato Paradise).

It's been very long. I'm fine with some anime cards not being added. They can added for the thrill of some gamers. But these cards like "next to being released" through Tag Force series. They are officially released through tag force. Let's check other anime card requests through these Support and Feedback.

I never play anime cards, go look on europe or us servers and whatcha see? about 4-5 anime duels while the rest is tags and singles all wrapped about ocg/tcg allowed cards. Please don't imply unless you know everyone who plays ygo.

If you want these, make them yourself, or ask users to help you with it. I believe that if you make them, you can submit them directly so that they would only add it up. I never have used the manager yet, but it's a whole lot tiring to add cards not really used in most duels, right?

If you really want these, you have to work for it and actually help the team. One should understand first of what the team is engaging to. They already said they're not top priority. After all, the simulator we're using wouldn't exist if it weren't for them.

And to my knowledge, the anime cards are actually provided by 馬骨. The Taiwanese contributor.

I can make some cards and script them but as he said is not as fun as having everyone been able to use them, I understand thats not a top priority to the developers but what if the community helped to add more cards? what if we the users make them and then the administrators just have to go through a selection process? you know just picking the ones that are more balanced and accurate to the anime.

Is there any substitute for Outlaws Card Manager? I can learn how to create scripts but the program doesn't work. I have created all the cards but not the scripts. And how do I communicate to that Taiwanese Contributor? Please help. If they have any plans to use them, why create anime cards in the first place? Please, an email and a download link is all I need. The scripts and where to send them.

Guys, stop telling me to create these by yourself. As far as I could and I want to, I have no possible way to do the scripts as I only have Outlaws and it doesn't work in Windows 8 even with Windows 7 Compatibility.

Here is another way to script the cards, however the problem is that when you add them there will only be in your computer, meaning that you cant use them online, only way you can use them is in AI Mode. Thats why I want the administrators to provide a way for us users to submit the cards to this website so that the cards we make can be downloaded by other users in the next update.

All right. There must always be a way to get them out of my computer. I'll learn it then.

Your welcome and tell me if I can help you as well, the biggest problem here is contacting that Administrator guy I think, but if he agrees with some of us helping him make some cards Im sure a lot of people will be willing to help and we would get a lot of new cards in the next updates.
