Its surprisingly simple, just click on the link to the mega folder, which is also in my sig, and right click the files/folders you want to download and hit download. Then copy the .ydk files into the deck folder in the install location for ygopro.

I would assume that to be a logical conclusion. If possible though, I would more likely recommend using a laptop or something if available and then transferring the files to the device manually. I wouldn't know in all honesty though, I just use PC.

Don't expect updates for a little while. A bug is going through my school and I just don't feel up to it right now. Hopefully my condition will improve soon and I can start building again.

This is an awesome project. I really enjoy going back to see and play (with all my bad draws) what cards characters have used, even for those characters whom I forgot their existence.

That was the intention, after all! Expect even more decks and probably more bad draws in the future (i.e. Chumley, Mr. Huffington and the like). A lot of these decks are surprisingly unplayable. I find Professor Ayukawa's Anti-Cure deck pretty cool though.

The problem with Duke, Lumis and Umbra, Espa Roba and the like is the sheer lack of cards they use. I'll give em a shot, but don't expect it to be quick. A lot of extrapolation will be required.

Arkana shouldn't be too much of a problem. Strings really shouldn't be too bad either. Valon, due to the nature of his deck, just probably won't work.

I appreciate the sentiment of what you are trying to do here, but for ease of use for everyone minimum hassle, I would prefer to be able to run all off my decks off of vanilla YGOPro. Thanks anyway.

UPDATE: Willward Request Update

There has been a total of 1 deck out of what you asked me I haven't deemed possible, and Lumis and Umbra were too similar, so I combined their decks into one. Other than that, here's what I added.

Decks are in both the main Yu-Gi-Oh! Decks folder and in a new Updates subsection! Willward, you will find them under a nice little folder with your name on it.

PS: Rafael was already there, but I've added Backup Gardna to his deck along with a couple other cards, I also stuck him in the update folder.

UPDATE: Willward Request Update

I have completed Ghost, and in the spirit of adding Duelbots thought I would throw in Diablo too.

Decks Added:

Ghost's deck is pretty much just Primo's with a few tweaks. If you want the Ally of Justice Deck a la the games, that would be Diablo's.
