Cannot get to run as app

I can't seem to get the APK to run as an app, and it's very frustrating to have to go into Chrome every time I wanna play, to open the app. Any help would be appreciated.

Please clarify your problem more detailed.
I never heard, that you open the app by go into google chrome(or did you mean something different)?
