The AI used Blue Flame Swordsman to give my monster 1701 ATK and his monster 99 ATK. The AI used / chained the effect 3 times in a row.

well, ai don't handle custom deck well and that is quite obvious, it will active any random card and etc, so deal with that.

As andre states, this is just the regular handling of unknown cards. Proper support for a niche anime card like this won't be added anytime soon. But if you want the AI to properly use the card, you could try to get into AI scripting and code your desired behavior yourself.
