YGOPro Percy and YGOPro2 are not related (and Pro2 is not a "sequel" or anything, just a very misleading name).

Anyway, if you have the Links version of YGOPro Percy (it would say "YGOPRO 1.034.0 Percy Links" in the main menu above the "Online" button), then check the pinned message in the #help_rulings_bugs channel of the Percy Discord server about auto-update issues. There's probably something wrong with your client's auto-updating that needs to be fixed and that message has instructions.

The Dawn of a New Era is a different client. You're free to get Percy from the Percy Discord server if you wish, but if you want help/support for Dawn of a New Era you'll have to go ask them.
