how can i open ygopro?

download the game from this website, click on "Download".
then install it or extract it.
now you can open it and make your deck.
when you made your deck, save it and go in "Multiplayer" to play

can you be more descriptive because i already did download it and every time i click on it it asks how would i like to open this file so i dont know what to do from their

After you have downloaded the game you need to extract the game as it has been compressed.

You need to extract the folder with a program like WinRar or 7Zip.

i downloaded bandizip and opened it so what do i do next?

I have never used bandizip, but with other programs you can right click the .zip file and press extract.

After you have extracted your download you should just be able to run the game.
