There are many problems to script this card and the official card image don't come out. So I create it myself.
Number 99: Dragon King of Wishes - Hope Dragoon
2 Level 10 monsters
Cannot be destroyed by battle except with "Number" monsters. Once per turn: You can target 1 "Number" Xyz Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. Its effects are negated. During either player's turn, when a card effect is activated that would make this card leave your side of the field: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate that effect, also destroy all other monsters on the field, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combined ATK of the destroyed monsters on the field.

Target 1 "Hope" Xyz Monster you control; Xyz Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 Rank 10 "Number" monster, by using it as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Then, attach this card to the Summoned monster as an Xyz Material.
Also, I include this custom "Hope" in this set. Now my Hope set is finally complete!
Number 39: King of Wishes - Infinity Hope
This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Hyper-Overlay-Magic Infinity Force". The Special Summon of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Special Summoned, you can detach 2 Xyz Material from this card; select card(s) on the field upto number of card(s) in your opponent’s hand and banish them. When a card or effect is activated, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to negate the activation and destroy it. Cannot be destroyed by battle except with a "Number" monster.
Hyper-Overlay-Magic Infinity Force
Target 2 or more "Hope" or "Utopia" Xyz monsters from both player's Graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Number 39: King of Wishes - Infinity Hope" from your Extra Deck, by using those target cards as Xyz materials. (This Special Summon is treated as Xyz Summon.) This card activation cannot be negated. You can only activate the effect of "Hyper-Overlay-Magic Infinity Force" once per duel.

The set will contain about 10 cards, 5-6 Pendulums, 1 Effect, 1 Xyz, and 3 Spells. The purpose of this set is focus on playing full-scale Pendulum Deck (some card also support other decks). And this is a preview card.
Pendulum Scale = 5
Pendulum Effect - Once per turn, you can select 1 Dragon-type or Pendulum Monster in your Graveyard or Remove Zone and Special Summon it.
Monster Effect - You can Special Summon this card from you hand by discard 1 Dragon-type or Pendulum Monster from your hand. Once per turn, you can destroy a monster on you field, and if you do, select a card on the field and banish it. This card must be on the field to activate and resolve this effect.
