2 features need to be fixed:

1.field spell layout: if 2 field spell is on field, both the image is in Full Layout, so both images are streched

2. AI pendulum : game is crashed and freeze when AI use Pendulum Deck

I hope it can be fixed soon 🙂

Please try to post uniform updates for all OS'es mac and linux many times are left behind, even if it means waiting a bit longer, i think this would be the best thing to do.

It's better to stage the updates in case one of them has issues, rather then potentially ruin every version. There are usually a few minor issues that crop up that he fixes in the 1st day that don't ever occur on other platforms because they get the update later. This is especially important for platforms without an update system (they have to re-download the game each time).

Think we'll get a quickie update on the newly revealed NECH cards anytime soon? Or will it have to wait until a larger release?

I just wanna use me some new Shaddolls.

Actually since it was only a port from the windows version to mac, it had the same issues that the XP version had (since that was what wine acts more like), and the fixes the mac port had, could be fixed with the XP fixes, i tried that and it worked, some more time later i tested mac version with percy, and after he fixed some "only mac bugs", he found the windows version had very similar issues, and with the same code could be fixed.

To make things short, i've helped testing mac version, and know percy recompiles for mac, but until know its been very rare, to have a only mac bug, i can't talk about linux version but i think it will be very likely the same, except for adapting it for the different linux distress

Considering he has 4 platforms to maintain and develop for (Windows, Mac OSX, Linux and Android) it's a pretty broad statement to say that 1 fix will apply for all platforms. You also need to consider that even if a fix is minor and easy to deploy, it is a lot of overhead for him to retroactively go back and update 4 platforms at the same time when the issue would have been corrected after the 1st time (for example, in a recent update percy included the wrong AI scripts).

Ygopro  is multi platform. I can compile it on linux or windows without changing 1 line of code.

Right, so you compile each version and package each one for each platform, then you test and upload each version.

Actually as a mac tester its not a statement its a fact, that i knew when doing the testing with percy. And adriano is right, its mostly, take a C++ code and recompile it for each distro, and the compiler makes an executable for each OS, rewarding that, most of the time the bugs are the same and can be fixed in the same code, i always try to help mac users with trouble but until now, its very rare to see a only mac bug. Its even the same way to apply beta testing, or themes and stuff, its just unfair lo leave mac and linux versions behind, if you wait 3 days and get the release ready for everyone, its a win win for all.

Fair enough then, I'm sure percy has his reasons for not doing it that way. I didn't realize it was that simple to compile the program for each platform, so forgive me for raising that point.
