summon limit have a bug ,opponent summon 2 monster and i negate one summon(not negate a card effect that would summon) before i activate summon limit.
but opponent is still allowwed to summon again,the text of card clearly say the negate summon count for this limit.
please fix

Seems to work fine from what I can tell from some tests I have done.

Please provide a replay showing it not working as it should so we can pin point the error.

not have a replay but is black horn of heaven that negate a infernroid monster that summon itself from grave after this i use summon limit,but opponent are allowed to summon another one infernroid from grave.(before that i describe has conduct another special summon from extra for a total of 2 summon)
