Just thought that I would ask why it does that even when I play the exodia deck in AI mode? It's kind of annoying......

Where do you get this message?

The AI_ExodiaLib.lua file is obsolete, the script has been integrated in the standard ai.lua file. You can delete it, if you like. There is no need to use a different AI script for different decks anymore.
