Great update, I would agree with others to implement the Banlist now.
just a quick notice on card bugs rather then making a new thread.

Companion of the Destruction Swordmaster
Initial effect on normal summon works fine, however the secondary effect specifically (You can tribute this card: special summon 1 "Buster Blader" from your hand or Graveyard)
This effect does not activate despite having the (Buster Blader, The destruction swordmaster) card in the hand, that was just searched for.

The combo doesn't appear to work.

Edit: at second glance, few of the buster blader/destruction sword master cards work

I'd say add the list now.

And I tried restarting the program, the sounds are still broken. Have they been changed at all between updates?

Oh, and sidebar, but the PSYFrame card images look...weird. Like, their color is faded out. Is this something that'll be adjusted in the future?

Weird nothing has been changed in the sound department. It works fine here.

But can you please add a feature which can choose to stop auto creating the folder called live under expansion?
It makes a lot of clash for the data base.

Have a look at the "live" subfolder in your "expansions" folder. It won't override the main card database directly, so you won't lose any customization, however it will take priority, if the same entry exists in both databases, similar to how the "expansions" folder works.

You can turn that off by adding this line to system.conf:
ignore_instant_updates = 1
