Here is the description of the card:
"Gem-Knight Lady Brilliant Diamonnd" + "Gem-Knight Master Diamond
"Gem-Knight Lady Brilliant Diamond" + "Gem-Knight Master Diamond"
Must first be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Materials. This card gains 300 ATK for each "Gem-Knight" monster on the field or banished. Once per turn: You can add 1 "Fusion" Card with "Gem-Knight" written in its card text from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. You can discard 1 "Gem-Knight" card from your hand or Tribute 1 "Gem-Knight" monster you control; Special Summon 1 "Gem-Knight" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, and it gains ATK equal to half of its original ATK. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can send 1 other "Gem-Knight" monster from your hand or field to the Graveyard instead.

Ummmm.....about the effect, i have made some rebalancement to it, so i'am sorry if the requested effect is a bit different than what you wanted.
oh, also i made a deck that support to that card. To be honest, this is my first time playing with Gem-Knight, so forgive me if the deck was not that strong.....
