I'm gonna start off by saying it's not that great, and it was disappointing. I dunno how to accurately describe it, but it definitely NOT GREAT. How is it going to be anti-meta if will be swept away by the meta before you can even do anything?
Firstly, throwing a pack of 'anti-meta' cards into a 'splish-splash' dino deck won't make it "very good". It will only lead to horrifying brick hands. You have A LOT of normal-summon-based monsters that will be killed by the actual meta.
Your deck is slow, it doesn't even slow your opponent down. I mean, Mistake at 1? Fossil Dyna will be ran down by most normal summoned monsters. Doomcaliber will leave you open. A lot of horrible card choices.
If I were you, I'd take the Pendulum route and use cards like Lancephorhynchus, Cavalry of Reptier, Cxulub, and Dinon.
