Been trying to test out a couple of decks against the AI but I can't get past the initial screen to start a duel with it (screenshot below). I'm on Version 1.033.D and I'm on Windows 10. I'm still able to duel online and use other features like the deck edit, but the AI mode isn't working for me. Any support would be much appreciated, cheers.

This might be answered by the screenshot but: What happens exactly? Do you get an error message? Does the application crash or freeze? Or is it just that nothing happens when you press the start button? Did it work before?

Thanks for the response. The issue is that nothing happens when I press the start button. It had worked without issue previously, but I hadn't played for about a fortnight since I was on holiday. I'll try downloading a fresh version to see if that fixes anything. [:smile:]

I only encountered this issue so far, if I had other instances of YGOPro running in the background. Probably not what you did?

Anyway, a fresh installment never hurts.

Tried a fresh install and it didn't seem to fix the issue. No other instances of YGOPro are running in the background, confirmed that with the Task Manager. May be something to do with my laptop, although that being said this never happened previously.

*UPDATE* - I get the same issue when trying to start a LAN duel. Is this somehow tied to that?

But online play works just fine?

LAN and AI mode both use your local script files, while online mode uses server-side card scripts. Maybe your card scripts are corrupted or something? But using a fresh installment should fix that issue. No idea, whats wrong here. Can you start a puzzle, or a replay?

I seem to be encountering a similar problem to the poster of this and i can view replays and play puzzles just not ai or lan as every time i hit okay just nothing happens even after multiple re-downloads any idea?

Can both MrLinguist and PastaHippo73 post their operating system?

Ai decks can skip banlist or they do apply same way??
