Ultra Poly's second effect still wont work with starving venom fusion dragon
and its quite baffling
i just tried on 7/21/17 and it still wont work[:wall:]

If you had taken 5 minutes to use the search function on the forum, you would know that this is not a bug but a ruling.

System: Windows 10 Pro
Intel i5 intergrated graphics: Intel HD Graphics 520




Bug 1: "Prologue of the Destruction Swordsman" is no longer able to activate during opponent's turn or during a chain.

Bug 2: Can not use "Gofu the Vague Shadow"'s ability to revive Blackwing Synchros such as "Assault Blackwing - Raikiri the Rain Shower".

Bug 3: "Rank-Up - Soul Shave Force" does not work when you have met the necessary requirements.
