After playing Toy Vendor, I came across that it was broken.

I played it on the field, and it would not let me activate its effect.

Neither does the effect in the graveyard proc, nor the effect on the field.

Please fix this bug.

(I did have cards in my hand) (I also did not use its effect this turn yet)
(Did not let me search a card from my deck when it was sent there)

so report in their forum, we can't deal with checkmate server problem because checkmate is a third part server and use own script/database.
