Stormrider Turbulence prevents the opponent from attacking at all if you don't control an extra monster zone Stormrider.

Stormridership Rockbuster only prevents spells and traps being set, not activated, after it's first effect is used.

Stormridership Bahamut Bomber's first effect won't activate if you have a field spell.

As for Bahamut, by any chance did you summon it use spell trap? In which case you cannot because they are in your ST zone when you summon it.

I'm fairly certain this is, ruling wise, not the case, as using a monster equipped with Cynet Defrag as material still allowed the use of the effect, unless that isn't what you mean. In any case, no, the only spell or trap on my field was Stormrider Turbulence, a field spell.

We were just checking and couldn't find any rulings related to it. At the moment it is following what the core believe it should be doing. If you can find any related ruling, feel free to post it. As for Defrag, it leaves the field as material leaves so it is before successfully summon.

Regardless of rulings, there is definetly a bug in which, despite it requiring no cards in your spell and trap zone, not your field zone, it’s unable to activate its first effect, even if you only have a field spell and no other spells or traps.
