Updated Digger's effect so that I can actually script it (sends the target to the GY first where it allows you to

Changed Sunshine Smiles effect.

Updated/nerfed Equestrian Sirens to banish 3 LIGHT monsters for Special Summon.
Updated Symphony of the Sirens to explicitly state it can only Ritual Summon Level 9 "MLP Siren" monsters.
Edited the script to reflect that as well.
Since the level 10 "MLP Sirens" just increase in stats by 10%, updated (level 9) Aria blaze's stats (3500/2500) so that the Level 10 stats weren't so odd. Also updated the equestrian Aria Blaze stats (which were just 1/3 of the level 9 base stats, but those were gonna be weird anyways).
Added (season 4) to the end of the Level 9 siren ritual monsters so they won't conflict with the Level 4 season 9 versions (also so you know which card effects the true form sirens are gaining from).
Changed the innate Attribute of Aria Blaze to Fire and Sonata's to Dark.
And their effects now make them also treated as LIGHT while on the field.
MLP EG Techie - "Celestial Star" was name changed to "Space Camp".
Updated "Drizzle" in the database (showing up as EARTH)
Updated Pinny Lane's effect (the min level to reduce to is 1 by game mechanics so made it impossible to target
a level 1 monster with her effect).
Removed Tunnel Vision (she's the same as Dusty Swift).
