Rank-up magic the seventh one won't summon Neo Galaxy-eyes tachyon dragon, but it summons number 107 and doesn't rank it up ):

I just tested the card and it worked as it should.

Very well... Just so that you know, Rank-up-magic the seventh one doesn't rank up any of my number 10x's (I don't get a prompt asking me for rank-up)

You may have a corrupted file for Rank-Up Magic the Seventh One.

You can either do a full fresh install, or you can replace your script for Seventh with the one I will attach.
