They don't work when they are discarded as a Cost.

Like FTON said, Dark World effects activate when they are discarded by an effect, not as a cost. So Lumina, Dark Grepher, Raigeki Break, Divine Wrath, etc, are useless in a Dark World deck.

How do you fix that? Use something else...
