Aside from making a lot of broken cards and then banning them all, Konami started to bring fans back with more competitive Structure Decks, printing Anime/Manga-only cards like Dark Magician Girl the Dragon Knight or even bring back or boost old or classic Archtypes like Blue-Eyes, Heros, Cyber Dragons or even Dark Magician (which still sucks).

While thinking about it, what Structure Decks should be printed, I was wondering, what cards would make some of those cards even worth playing.
For instance, the Machina Structure Deck had Machina Force in it, which is a complete unplayable card which people only had in there deck as a cost to bring back Machina Fortress back then.
So what can people do to make cards that are almost impossible or even pointless to summon actually relevant into a deck?

So here are my suggestions for Structure Decks and attemps to make cards, that can't be useable in the Meta, relevant.

A Moth based Structure Deck (Mothra Strikes Back)

Notable Moth-Cards:
Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth
Great Moth
Petit Moth
Cocoon of Evolution
Larvea Moth
Scary Moth

Here are the monsters nobody with common sense would even attempt to summon. Even Gate Guardian would be an easier to summon monster than even Great Moth.
So what cards could be added or what support cards can be made:

Existing Cards
Howling Insect/Gokipon/Giant Rat: Can search out the weak Moth.
DNA Operation + Insect Barrier: Prevent opposing monsters from attacking by turning them into insect-type monsters.
Insect Knight
Eradicating Aerosol
Redox, Dragon Ruler of Bolders

Possible Stables
Maxx "C"
Mirror Force
Dark Bribe
Dark Hole
Torrential Tribute
Soul Charge
Foolish Burial
Instant Fusion

New Cards
Evolution Charity
Normal Spell Card
Discard 1 Insect-Type "Moth"-monster or Cocoon of Evolution. Draw 2 cards.

Quick Evolution
Quick Spell Card
Remove from play 1 Petit Moth and 1 Cocoon of Evolution from your side on the field, graveyard or hand: Special Summon 1 "Great Moth"-monster from your hand or deck (the Summon Condition of that monster are treated as fullfilled).

Golden Moth
Earth Lv4
Insect/Effect
1000/1000
When this card is Normal Summoned, you can add 1 "Evolution" card from your deck to your hand. When this card was Special Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Insect-Type "Moth" monster from your hand. When Petit Moth or Cocoon of Evolution is on the field or in the graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Great Moth" monster from your hand instead. (the Summon Condition of that monster are treated as fullfilled).

Parasite Caterpillar
Wind Lv3
Insect/Effect
800/800
When this card is destroyed by battle, you can add tribute 1 monster your opponent controls and Special Summon 1 Poison Butterfly from your Deck to your opponent's side on the field, ignoring its summon condition.
When this card is destroyed by a effect, you can Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower Normal Insect-Type Monster from your deck, graveyard or hand. A monster summoned by this effect cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.

Poison Butterfly
Wind lv7
Insect/Effect
2600/1800
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field by Tributing 1 Insect-Type monster they control. You cannot Normal Summon/Set the turn you Special Summon this card. During each of the controller's Standby Phases: The controller takes 500 damage for each Insect-Type monster they control.

Ultimate Moth Overlord (Signature Card of the Structure Deck)
Earth Lv8
Insect/XYZ/Effect
2600/2100
2 Level 8 Insect-Type Monsters
You can also Xyz summon this card by using any number of Insect-Type monster your opponent controls as the Xyz Material (Xyz Materials attached to them also become Xyz Materials of this card). When this card is successfully summoned, Special Summon any number of Larvea Moth from your deck, graveyard or hand, having their summon condition as fullfilled. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to Special Summon 1 "Moth" monster from your deck, graveyard or hand (if that monster has a summon condition, it will be treated as fullfilled).
When this card would be destroyed, you can send 1 "Moth" monster from your hand or field to the graveyard instead.

Insect Rider
Wind Lv4
Insect/Xyz/Effect
2 Level 4 Monsters
You can also Xyz summon this card by using 2 Insect-Type monsters on your side on the field as Xyz Material (Xyz Materials attached to them also become Xyz Materials of this card). You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; equip 1 Insect-Type monster from your hand to this card. This card gains ATK equals to the combined ATK of the monsters equiped to it. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 level 7 "Moth" monster from your deck, graveyard or hand (if that monster has a summon condition, it will be treated as fullfilled).

Unfullfillable Condition
Normal Spell Card
When your opponent controlls a monster and you have only monsters in your hand that have a summon condition that cannot be fullfilled while controlling no monsters; you can Special Summon 1 of those monsters, ignoring their summon condition. A monster summoned by this effect, has its effects being negated and as long that monster is on the field, the controller of that monster cannot Special Summon monsters from their Extra Deck, besides Insect-Type Xyz Monsters.

Exploding Evolution
Normal Trap Card
Destrol all monsters you control. Special Summon 1 "Moth" monster from your deck, graveyard or hand (if that monster has a Summon Condition, it will be treated as fullfilled). A monster summoned by this effect, is unaffected by the effects of Spell, Traps and Effect Monster cards.

Silver Moth
Earth Lv4
Insect/Effect
600/1900
When this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can select up to 2 of your removed from play "Moth" monsters or Cocoon of Evolution and Special Summon them on your side on the field. You can only use Silver Moth's effect once per turn and only once that turn.

Larvea Ruler
Wind Lv4
Insect/Fusion/Effect
1000/1000
2 Normal Insect-Type Monsters
When this card is destroyed by a card effect, Special Summon 2 Level 1 Normal Insect-Type monsters from your deck, graveyard or hand. Monsters summoned by this effect cannot be destroyed by battle. While this card is in your graveyard, you can remove it from play to add 1 Cocoon of Evolution from your deck or graveyard to your hand.

Golden Cocoon
Earth Lv4
Insect/Effect
0/2000
You can target 1 level 1 Normal Insect-Monster you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side on the field to that target. It's name will be treated as "Petit Moth" and cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. (While being treated as an equip card, this cards name is treated as Cocoon of Evolution). When this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can Special Summon "Great Moth" from your hand. (The summon condition of it will be treated as fullfilled).

Bronze Moth
Earth Lv4
Insect/Effect
100/100
When this card is destroyed by a card effect, Special Summon 1 level 4 Insect-Type from your deck.

Golden Larvea
Earth Lv1
Insect/Effect
300/0
When this card is summoned, all "Petit Moth" which are equiped with "Cocoon of Evolution" are treated as being on the field for 6 Turns. While Face-Up on the Field, this card is treated as "Petit Moth" being equiped with "Cocoon of Evolution". A "Great Moth" monster or "Larvea Moth" which are summoned by tributing this card or while this card is on the field, cannot be destroyed or targeted by card effects. You can remove this card from the graveyard to Special Summon 1 Normal Insect-Type Monster from your deck in Face-Up Defense Position. You can only use 1 "Golden Larvea" effect per turn and only once that turn.

Point of the Deck:
A typical beatdown deck with some stalling elements. Mainly easy access to summon Great Moth and Ultimate Perfectly Great Moth and even make Larvea Moth relevant but not nessecary. While right now, yes, those are just some suggestions, but not really something that would make a deck competitive. Still, I would like to see a boost to the "archetype" since they are so memorable.

Cool Idea!

There can be a structure deck based on "VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon". It's pretty difficult to summon because it needs 2 fusion monsters that are tricky to pull out.

Main Cards:

X-Head Cannon
V-Tiger Jet
Y-Dragon Head
Z-Metal Tank
W-Wing Catapult
VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon
XYZ-Dragon Cannon
VW-Tiger Catapult
XY-Cannon Dragon
XZ-Tank Cannon

Existing Cards:

Rescue Rabbit
Summoner Monk
Shining Angel
Limiter Removal
Frontline Base
Dimension Explosion
Iron Call
Roll Out!
Stronghold the Moving Fortress
Pinpoint Guard
Gear Gigant X
Terraforming (you'll see later why)
Formation Union

Possible Staples:

Mystical Space Typhoon
Dark Hole
Book of Moon
Fiendish Chain
Dimensional Prison
Wiretap
Soul Charge
Bottomless Trap Hole

New Cards:

Quote:

Union Assembly Factory [Field Spell Card]

"VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon" cannot be targeted by, or destroyed by, the opponent's card effects.

Union Monsters, Monsters equipped with Union Monsters and Fusion Monsters
that require at least 1 union monster as a fusion material monsters cannot be
targetted by, or destroyed by, the opponent's card effects.

You can equip union monsters from your hand to an appropriate monster(s) on the field.

Each time an union monster is equipped to a monster on the field, place one Counter to this card (Max 5).

Once per turn, you can remove a number of counters from this card to activate one of these effects, depending on
the number of Counters removed:

1 Counter: Add an Union monster from your deck to your hand;

2 Counters: Draw 2 cards;

All the counters (Min 2): reveal a Fusion Monster in your extra deck to special summon from your Graveyard AND/OR your banished zone
any non-fusion monster required for the Fusion Summon of the reveleated card. During the rest of this turn, you cannot special summon monsters
from your extra deck, except Fusion Monsters.

Terraforming is here for this field. I also made a topic on the Script section to find someone that would make an attempt..

Quote:

Union Bringer [Effect Monster/Level 4/Machine/LIGHT/Union/ATK 1400/DEF 0]

When this card is normal summoned, you can target a Machine-type Normal Monster in your graveyard or in your banished zone: special summon that target, and if you do, equip it with this card.
Once per turn, you can equip this card to a Machine-type Normal Monster you control, OR special summon this card in face-up attack position. A monster equipped with this card cannot be destroyed by battle.
Once per turn, while this card is equipped to a monster, you can reveal 1 Machine-type Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck: this card name becomes the same as one of the Fusion-material required for the Fusion Summon of the reveleated monster.

Quote:

Union Divider [Effect Monster/Level 4/Machine/LIGHT/Union/ATK 1000/DEF 0]

You can discard this card to add 1 Machine-type Normal monster from your deck to your hand, OR 1 Union Monster from your deck to your hand, except "Union Divider".
Once per turn, you can activate one of these effects:

1) Target a monster on your side of the field equipped with an union monster: special summon in face-up attack position the union monster equipped to the targetted monster, then equip the targetted monster with this card (from you hand or your side of the field).

2) During either player turn, if this card is in your graveyard, you can target one Machine-type monster you control and equip it with this card.

A monster equipped with this card gains 1500 DEF.

Quote:

YZ-Tank Dragon [Fusion Monster/Level 6/Machine/LIGHT/Effect/ATK 2100/DEF 2200]

"Y-Dragon Head" + "Z-Metal Tank"

This card can only be special summoned from your Extra deck by banishing the above materials on your side of the field. (You don't use "Polymerization") This special summon is threated as a Fusion Summon. You can discard one card to target 1 card in either player graveyard: place that card on the top of the owner's deck, then draw 1 card.

Quote:

Abandoned Moving Castle [Fusion Monster/Level 5/Machine/LIGHT/Effect/ATK ?/DEF ?]

1 Machine-type Normal Monster + 1 Union Monster OR 1 Union Monster + 1 Union Monster

This card can only be special summoned from your Extra deck by banishing the above materials on your side of the field. (You don't use "Polymerization") This special summon is threated as a Fusion Summon. The summon of this card cannot be negated, and your opponent can't activate cards and/or effects when this card is summoned. This card's ATK and DEF becomes the sum of the respective ATK and DEF, -500. of the Fusion Material Monsters used for the Fusion Summon of this card. Once per turn, you can return this card in your Extra Deck to target the fusion-materials monsters used for the Fusion summon of this card in your banished zone: special summon those targets.

Quote:

New Resources for the Factory! [Spell Card]

Activate only if the only monsters you control are Machine-type Normal Monsters. Add 1 Machine-type Monster from your deck to your graveyard, then you can draw 1 card to discard 1 card. You can activate"New Resourches for the Factory" once per Duel.

Quote:

Different Dimension Hangar [Continuous Spell Card]

Banish up to 3 Level 4 or lower Union Monsters from your Deck. If you Normal or Special Summon a monster written in the card text of any of the Union Monster(s) removed this way, you can Special Summon them. Monsters Summoned this way cannot attack or be Tributed, and cannot be used as Synchro Materials or Xyz Materials.

From the Anime.

Point of the Deck:

The point of the deck is to summon VWXYZ easier with these new supports that won't ever see the light of the reality. I was bored and I tried to improve an old deck lol.
