i wish to know why dark world monters effect doesn't work when i use it with cards like Ally of justice searcer or Ally of justice cyclone creator?

Dark World keeps coming back. What the heck! Maybe they make a sticky post named "DARK WORLD CARD BUGS!" separate from the Card Rulings and Bugs Post. now everyone (hopefully) would stop posting such...
