Ok, so I've been playing for years without a password as well till about a week ago, now it declares me as an unregistered user. Though I'm ranked somewhere in the top 20, it's more so about getting my account/name back. I use the name 'dccgwater' almost everywhere and I'm not so keen on a name change now. Is there any way to allow me to prove 'dccgwater' is mine and to set up my own personal password? And I'm not declaring that my account has been stolen especially since the duel log shows I haven't dueled officially since 2014-08-26, but I can no longer fight in rank duels.

Side note: I wasn't sure where to post since there is both ygopro.co and ygopro.it

Well an easy solution to this would be to add a little symbol to either the beginning or end of your name like "*" or "-"
(*dccgwater).

The more active account will obviously be associated with you(This is of course if you can't get your original name back which seems somewhat unlikely as taking it from someone else seems rather unethical without that person consenting to it which means checkmate would have to get in contact with them first which may prove to be a hassle in itself).
