Lucent, Netherlord of Dark World Discard Bug

Hi all,
I thinck I fund a bug with a card Lucent, Netherlord of Dark World, wen I discard it from efect of Ceruli, Guru of Dark World the Lucent is corected summoned but the second effect dont stack.
Any Idea?

Hmm... Better post a replay. I can't think of possible reasons stopping it from activating.
