Player B: Activiates Compulsory on his own monster to put it back into hand
Player A: Chains Evilswarm Exction Knight.

Shouldn't Compulsory get the effect and return the monster back into hand to avoid the destruction?

Replay occurs at at about turn 12/13/14, forget which

i dont see anything wrong, exciton resolve before compulse since its last in chain
