When this card is activated it makes you select all the cards in your hand instead of letting you choose how many cards in your hand you want to shuffle back into your deck. It does say in the card text "any number of cards from your hand" so you should be able to choose how many.

Note that Magical Mallet (Anime) select 0 cards doesn't work. I don't know why the game doesn't allow it but it just doesn't!
