How do I Script the following effect:

Once per turn: while you control no Spell and Trap cards except “XXX”, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, to increase this card’s Rank by 4. You cannot conduct your Battle phase the turn you activate this effect. If the Rank of this card is 14, you can Special Summon 1 “XXX” from your Extra Deck by using this card as Xyz Material (Xyz Material attached to this card become Xyz Material to the target card. This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon). The Special Summon of that card cannot be negated.

Look, you should learn how to script these cards. I know lua is difficult if you're not much into coding but you need to learn this for real. You have made quite an amount of requests and some are even difficult to implement and even some have similar effects. It's like your requesting a whole archetype separately.
