Full Monster is always so fun to make, so here's my take on a level 1 only variant.
Vacuumen and Fig allow for some fun shenanigans.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

"And the Played On" will kill you easily. I had a monster only deck but it's DARK and Lightsworn, I had a Level 1 Deck but it has Spells and Traps. Seriously, what do you have in mind when you made this?
Now this is how I play:

No need for the condescending tone, I have squirmer for a reason, and drawing it isn't an issue with the insane amount of hand traps I use.

this is 1 of the well-known good deck. Very hard to defeat because have a good defense.

any variant you could add (a well-known knowledge) :
- Relinquished
- Symphonic warrior bass > you could synhcro summon high level synchro monster
- where arf thou (to fast search)

but your name is very well-known for me (i think i have downloaded some of your replay), so i think you should know this combo. Maybe you build your deck like this on purpose.

Relinquished is nice, but only if it uses Releaser or Demolisher as tribute. I suppose Kinka can keep recycling him but vacuumen can do pretty much the same thing.
I find Basses to be unreliable, since you need to match your hand number with the synchro you need for the current situation, which isn't always feasible. You'll notice I forgo Naturia Cherries and Formula Synchron, since the former isn't fast enough and the latter tends to waste space after the draw.
While sticking to full monster allows for Mystic Piper to be a guaranteed +1, I suppose adding where arf and 141 could be viable.

level 1 deck is like a 'counter' deck. if your opponent has more attack, your counter will be bigger.
You could keep 1 basses, to synchro high attack synchro monster.
And you could add BLS to your deck, because most of your cards is Light and Dark.
Well, you dont need to make the relinquish is powerfull (using djinn). Just think it like little 101 (actually, 101 copying relinquish), you could abduct your opponent powerfull card.

Creature swap is nice too :D
Well, you need to keep your balance too.

TBH basses is not a good option. Synchros are always nice but the monster you can summon depends on your number of hand cards making synchro summon kinda unreliable. Like for example you need a black rose but you have too many/not enough cards in your hand. If you would play some spells/traps you kinda regulate that but otherwise your screwed.
Also I kinda disagree with Ninja that the deck is suppossed to be a "counter deck". The only Counter you can throw at your opponent is either th Cain/Abel combo or Lionheart other than that is just simple stall. Counter decks are more Anti-meta decks for me, decks that stop or interrupt your plays.
