I'm sorry I can't help you since this is for a tournament. I got great decks but only if you don't play a banlist. I have suggestions though.
1. You're not playing exactly a banish deck - why add Necroface?
2. Lyla and Angel of Zera are the only LIGHT monsters in your deck, Envoy won't help a lot.
3. Destiny Draw is used to discard Malicious, You only need one. You can discard with Dark Grepher.
4. How about turn it into a Assault Mode Deck? You could remove Dark Armed and the Chaos monsters and add Stardust and Colossal Assault Mode. Also add Krebons and Emergency Teleport.

I checked the cards and it seems good even with the banlist.
It's a DARK deck. Surprisingly, it can still win and the only banned cards are in the extra deck so you can change the cards. Go for Mina Simington 03 (It's good and it's fast and effective.)

Ok, this is pretty much my deck from a few months back so I'll answer to that.

1) Necroface recycles Malicious and Plagespreader that has been banished already. Getting a Power-Up and a new hand of lv 8 synchros.
2) When Angel of Zera is banished he comes back next Standby Phase, so banishing him via Envoy's effect gives you 2 monsters in the price of 1.
3) You never know when you draw Malicious, also Destiny draw makes for a good Summoner Monk Fuel.
4) Assault Mode is a pretty sweet idea.

You need a side deck for one

I don't like using Torrential Tribute as much so replacing it for a second D prison/Mirror Force is not bad again it's just personal taste

Think about adding more light monsters you have a total of 4 targets so maybe Effect Veiler somewhere Side deck if Absolutely necessary
