Abyss dweller and constellar pleiades

i cant aktivated the effect of abyss dweller of constellar pleiades on my opponent draw phase or stanby phase ,,, thats suck ... thats make abyss dweller or pleiades useless , but it still can chain something

Try holding "A" or Left Click during those times. If they still cant activate then there must be something that forbid them from using their effect, e.g Shock Master.....
