Bit cheeky putting banned cards in at 3 on the second deck :P

The bots are ok and very good for a first beta, but they make simple mistakes like targeting my weaker monsters with Ryko. And Heavy Storming when they have 3 spells/traps and I have one.

You can pick any decks, but they don't know how to use your decks very well. Only their special ones.

Dont be harsh on AIs. You should see some of the people i get stuck with in tag. Yikes!!! And the know-it-all noobs, yup they exist. Great job Percy, now I wont have to take your soul.

The fact that the AI doesn't ragequit automatically makes it better than many of the real duelists. [:laugh:]

Also the AI chose to attack my def-position monster instead of my face-up attack-position Naga, blocking my attempt at a combo. Very impressive!

I'll try making some decks for the AI to use. It's very interesting. Thank you for this.

I think it should be noted, the Ai Effect Veiler's ANYTHING. Nuff said. I had it effect veiler my BackBlast just because it was flip summoned.

This AI can play with a lot of meta decks as i was playing around with it

I gave it a dragunity deck and it made Flashing Carat dragon first turn without a field spell needed

I gave it dark worlds devastation and it sacked me hard with "into the void" and 7 dark worlds monsters
in hand *sad face
But the AI does some small stupid things from time to time, like how it mst its own starlight road or attacking
with ground mole after it being veiler'd

and also, the AI seemed to know if my face down monster had more def than its monsters atk which seemed not cool
at times

It's just fun seeing how it uses different decks and seems to know how it works immediately

i think AI need fix :
1. if AI have monster attack lower in hand or field than opponent attack monster in field its must set/defense. (in this beta AI monster always attack)

2. if AI have choice effect trap/spell make AI choice for best choise effect / u can make AI random choice effect. (in this beta AI always choice first effect).

3. if AI have spell or efect card in hand make AI to random active effect / make them choice for best active effect spell or card effect ( in this beta always active effect with anycondition)

4. if AI have spell / trap in hand and want to set it in field i think u can make AI random to set it or for spell AI cannot active in that turn u can make that spell always in hand (except quick spell u can make it set that) or u can make random and for trap its ok if always set in field

maybe only that i think, i think next update percy can make better AI 🙂.

So what? It is still awesome for offline or to test&learn decks and doubt it is more stupid than previous AI on POC games..and main thing - it is automatic unlike YVD, KC or DuelingNetwork for example..

Yea they sure have it since they charge for their official online version a lot but they are either too lazy or too greedy to make another great PC offline games..Power of Chaos series were and still are great but they are way too outdated even with all the nice custom fan-made mods(New Generation 2010 & RistaR87 & other)..they really should consider another offline PC game with latest stuff inside. Afterall they have more of them on other platforms..

Just wondering, like opening books for chess programs, can something similar be made for ai to search for similar positions in replays and then decide what is better to play?
