Number C106: Giant Red Hand

3 Level 5 monsters
While this card has a "Number" monster attached to it as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect.
Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated on the field: Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, and if you do, negate the effects of all other face-up cards currently on the field until the end of this turn.

Straight from the YUGIOH Wikia : http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Nu...r_C106%3A_Giant_Hand_Red

I think you may have misread the card.

The effect as stated by Laserbeam is Once Per Turn.

This is on yugioh-wikia and on ygopro. You have miss-read the card. Do not worry we have all done it a number of times.

Ok, so you did not make it clear what the bug was.

What you are saying is that the effect should be once per turn but you could only use it once per duel.

This is not a bug from that replay as the effect states that "While this card has a "Number" monster attached to it as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect." You detached the "Number" card from it to activate its effect the first time, so once it has lost a "Number" card as the Xyz material it loses its effect and can no longer use it.

To use its effect multiple times you need to detach the materials that are not a "Number" card as costs for its effect first so that it still has its effect.
