I can never get Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest or Steelswarm Roach effects to activate... PLEASE FIX IT! SAVE THE MONKEYS!

● You cannot activate "Green Baboon"'s effect during the damage step.
● "Green Baboon" can miss the timing.

● You cannot activate "Steelswarm Roach"'s effect in response to the SS of a monster(s) that starts a Chain Link (except SSs by "Formula Synchron" and "Urgent Tuning").
