Ever since the penguin update from a few weeks ago ygopro is been full of penguins. why the penguin did they remove the TCG rulings and replaced it with OCG??? that stupid first turn skip draw phase rule ruins all the decks i created prior the penguin update. thats just the main problem, the other thousands of problems and combos that no longer work.

The "skip first turn draw" thing and other OCG Rules are going to be a thing in the TCG right about now, so suck it up. What also needs to be pointed out is the fact that those OCG rules were in the program for months, long before the V5 update...
You also need to remember that YgoPro follows OCG ruling over TCG. That makes cards like Swap Frog a little bit weaker.

The turn 1 draw removal is a Nightmare Penguin, but it also slows down the penguinful meta decks as well... That alone is reason enough for the turn 1 draw to be Nopenguin'd.

There is a solution though. Be a high-ranking Penguin Soldier and choose to go second, allowing you to get your 6th card on your first turn and allowing your decks work as intended.
