EDIT: I have made the current lists myself, so here it is:

link  (outdated)

Please add it in.

Right now the current system has only advanced mode, which is the official Konami list that's also used in most tournaments, it has several cards at 0, 1, 2, aka, forbidden/prohibited, limited, and semi-limited, respectively.

Please add the following:

Unlimited mode: all cards are at 3, hence "unlimited". This is the easiest mode to include since once it has been added, there's no need to update it, if nothing else, at least add this mode in.

Traditional mode: all cards that are 0 in advanced are at 1 in this mode, this is the most well-known mode besides advanced.

Mega-Banned mode: all cards that are 0, 1, or 2 in advanced mode are at 0 in this mode. Playing in this mode is extremely interesting and there are select tournaments that actually use it (or so I've heard).

Obviously, OCG is OCG and TCG is TCG, except in unlimited, where it wouldn't matter.

DN and as far as I know, every other ADS (like DevPro and TDOANE) has most, if not all, of these modes.

I'll make this. Hopefully, Percy would add it so people would stop complaining about it. Mega-Banned is easy, turning anything to banned. But these banlists may not be updated in time so banned cards that may turn unli will stay banned forever. Is that cool for you man?

Whatever the case, it's far better than nothing. Good luck and thanks.

Personally, I usually play on unlimited mode, so it won't matter to me, as unlimited mode has no banned cards.

Oh yeah, make sure you add this under banlists, meaning that unlimited mode under OCG/TCG allowed cards still does not allow Anime or Turbo duels. Just a heads up, thanks.

I pretty sure I won't able to touch Anime and Turbo Duels, just the banlist. I'll be using my signature as Unlimited Mode though, it's unique and it's officially made by Konami. [] [:thumbu:]

Here's the current banlist along with "Unlimited" and Mega-Banned Banlist. I used combination of OCG and TCG for the Mega-Banned. try it out for offline and LAN Duels.

It's more official if you separate any and all banlists from OCG and TCG, except unlimited of course.

Combining both makes it neither, effectively.

Also, unless a banlist with no cards causes a bug, (which I believe is why Tag Force 5 added Tsundora no Oosasori in, that and the pun) I would suggest not joking around with it, even for unlimited mode. I agree it's funny but not proper.

Also, not enough people love Yu-Gi-Oh enough to import Tag Force 6.[] I wonder if it's the same card in that game as well.

Tag Force 6 doesn't have an unlimited mode. Only TF5 made such a banlist.

Okay, reupdated the link:
http://www.mediafire.com...55kevejqs8bo/lflist.conf
1. TCG + Anime
2. OCG + Anime
3. "Unlimited"
4. Mega-Banned OCG/TCG/Anime
I'm still waiting for Percy's reply to see what he thinks about this idea.

For some unknown reasons, I place some God Cards into the Banned and Limited. They can be searched as Banned Cards but I can still add them to the deck. They really are God Cards...
Now this is how I play:

Name "unlimited" as such, and remove that one card.

Make 2 for Mega-Banned. One for TCG and one for OCG.

Don't make an arbitrary anime banlist, no matter your reasons behind such actions, if I were Percy, I would consider rejecting your list just for this reason. My point is, fan-made lists are not welcome until further notice. Making an anime fanlist opens to never-ending conflict, especially so if you're not Konami. There's a reason we don't hear of other ADS doing this, not even DN has done this, and we shouldn't do this either.

Plus, for the most people that want to play with real cards only, there's no point in it anyway, since people could just host under OCG/TCG and therefore all anime cards are banned.

I have went ahead and made the list for all the modes for the current banlists. Here it is:

I believe you will find no faults for this.

Michael, thanks for trying to help but I got this.

^I like Nova's lists. In addition, I would love to have a Worlds list, the official combined TCG+OCG banlist used for world championship. This can be found here:

http://www.ygorganizatio...p-forbiddenlimited-list/

This is as official as it gets as everyone has to follow this once at worlds. It's relatively easy to make this list. Even as TCG and OCG lists are updated, we can make this list. Can one of you guys please also make this list?

Anyway, from what I can see it's the combined list of TCG/OCG where all cards on either list take the status where they can have less copies for this list.

Anyway, only if Percy allows it. I have to wait for his opinion before anything else. I'm not even sure if he'll accept what I have now even considering it's as official as one can get.

Would it be possible to create an Anime Traditional mode?

It seems that the only way to use a combination of anime cards + forbidden cards is Unlimited, which opens the door to people using 6-card-Exodia decks, as well as x3 Pot of Greed T_T

An Anime Traditional mode would allow people to use OCG/TCG/and anime cards, as well as all forbidden cards being limited to 1.

I'm also totally okay with a forbidden and limited list for anime cards. I'm sure people would want Card of Demise either forbidden or limited. If people still want to use forbidden anime cards, they can use Traditional Anime mode (if its made) or Unlimited! 🙂

I think the best thing is first to try to get Nova's lists approved from Percy as those lists are official by konami as well as the World's banlist. The Anime list is subjective and is not official. There is a tag force anime list however that can be put into the game to address some anime cards, but not all. I think the game looks good with multiple lists, but I'm not sure if Percy would agree.

Yes, but the problem is that it's fan-made, which I do not to condone.

No, you're thinking of "Don't check deck". Banlists still abide by the rules of deck making.

This maybe, but oh well.

In any case, it's best we not talk about other possibilities when Percy hasn't even seen this thread yet. Let's worry about Percy's approval to the official lists first.

As for the world's thing, after my lists have been approved, it'll likely be the next possible thing.

The problem I have is:

-it's not a permanent banlist, once world's is over, the respective countries go back to their own banlists.
-now, we could infer what cards will be on it based on the banlists for OCG/TCG, so it's still possible to make, but...
-we're assuming world's will always make their lists based on the same criteria, it's a reasonable assumption, but at its core, it's still fanmade speculation.

Eventually, world's banlist might become outdated and become an anime banlist problem.

And I still wait for the day when Tewart lets go of his inflated ego and admits that the TCG has its roots as the OCG and finally joins as one game. [] It's not going to happen given the kind of person Tewart is but oh well.

I understand that, but we can at least implement what is already declared as official, can we not? As in, you don't have to regularly update the worlds banlist since you don't know if the next list will follow the same criteria. This list can just be updated annually, probably the least maintenance list in the game. I do think though that this list is probably the most important as it is world championship afterall. If you only use the list that is declared by konami, then it is no longer fanmade speculation. Now, if this pattern continues many years later (they follow the same criteria), then we can update the list without having to wait for konami to publish the next world's list. I realize that if you don't update it after a year, it becomes outdated, but so what? Players can still enjoy and use the list to their discretion.

Also, I had to zoom in to read that fine print at the end []. I can see you are pro-OCG.
