UPDATE: 09/06/15Alright, here are a few bugs I've noticed:
1.
Golden Castle of StrombergThis card is only supposed to mill half of the opponent's deck during their respective Standby Phase. However, during the user's turn they are asked "Yes or No". If you select Yes, Castle remains on the field at the cost of milling half of your deck as well. If you select No, the Castle blows up. This is either a bug or an incorrect effect.

Darkness OutsiderIf you successfully guess a monster in your opponents deck or extra deck, and then have it summoned to your field, you are prompted with "Yes or No". If you select Yes, you lose 2000 LP. If you select No, then you do not lose LP but Darkness Outsider gets shuffled into the opponents deck. This is incorrect, as Darkness Outsider should not get shuffled into the opponents deck, nor should you be forced to pay LP.
3.
Naturia ExterioI've had this happen 2 times where I was given the option to activate Naturia's spell/trap negating ability while in the graveyard. Clearly some sort of bug. Naturia (sadly) does not have any power in the graveyard xD
4.
Mimicat Update: Seems this was totally removed from the gameShould be a Normal spell card, and not a Quick-Play. As seen in the anime.
5.
Dark Spell RegenerationIf the spell card you select is from your graveyard, it gets added to your opponents hand, when instead it should be put in there graveyard (whether you use a spell from their grave or yours).
6.
Graverobber (anime) Update: used to ignore the activation requirements, now it doesn't.If you have a full spell and trap zone (including this card Set), and then activate this card, the card gets sent to the graveyard without being able to select a card to use from your opponents graveyard. I assume this is because if you selected a spell or trap card, there'd be no room to activate it on your field. However, shouldn't a list of monster cards still pop up, assuming your monster zones are free?
7.
Armityle the Chaos Phantom (anime)A bug with his ability to switch to the opponents side of the field, and then during the end phase, return to your field and remove from play your opponents monsters. However, this effect also removes any monster YOU might have. The ability should only remove from play the opponents other monsters, during the end phase when Armityle returns to your field.
8.
Turn JumpFor some reason, you cannot simply activate Turn Jump from your hand if it is your Battle Phase (you are forced to Set it). Also, if you use this card, and 6 turns get skipped, your monsters cannot attack if they already attacked 6 turns ago. Technically, since it's a new turn, all your monsters should be able to attack a second time (assuming you attacked with them and then used this spell card before ending the Battle Phase).
9.
Dark Summoning BeastNot really a bug per-say, but doesn't seem to work with the anime Sacred Beasts
