It seems AI knows my what is my set s/t. This happens every time:

if AI has a set MST and I set only 1 s/t on my turn, AI will use MST on that set s/t during end phase, which is perfectly fine. But let say I had 3 set s/t, and one of them is breakthrough skill. AI has a set MST. On my turn, I set breakthrough and end. During the end phase, AI will use MST to destroy my OLD breakthrough skill, not the new one. This happens every time I set a duplicate s/t and AI will MST the old s/t instead the new one, precisely without fail. So, AI must know what my set s/t are in order to make this kind of "mistake".

The AI in general has trouble with cards of the same ID, if multiple cards of the same ID exist on one side of the field, the AI can pretty much not differentiate them and will target either one. Thats something I cannot fix right now.
