Hi, I was using Obelisk The Tormentor (Anime) when my opponent tributed him to summon Lava Golem on my side of the field. Since Obelisk can't be tributed by the opponent I think that might be something wrong about it. Could you please take a look on this?

I still seem to be having issues with equipping Number Frame to a "Utopia" monster. The text says "Hope", so does it only allow monsters with "Hope" in their English name, rather than monsters with "Utopia" in their English name?

When I attempt to equip Number Frame to a "Utopia" monster, or when I attempt to activate Hyper-Rank-Up-Magic Ultimate Force targeting a "Utopia" monster, it does not allow it. Oddly enough, the only monsters these cards seem to work on are CXyz Barian Hope and Number 99: Utopic Dragon. I tested it on Number 39, S39, Ray, Ray V, Victory, CXyz Barian, Creator of Hope, and Number 99. 「ホープ」 is the Japanese name of the archetype, according to the Wiki, and according to the wiki's article  on the archetype, these are one and the same.

Now this is how I play:

In the manga only, there was a hierarchy of the God Cards, where Obelisk's and Slifer's abilities didn't work on Ra. This was never mentioned in the anime, but I like the idea. God is the highest of the Gods, representing heaven and earth, and I cannot imagine those underneath him working.

1. Ra's 'Special Summon' abilities. During Battle City Ra only used his One Turn Kill and God Phoenix abilities when special summoned. Seto's translation of the Ra hieratic text hinted at this being a requirement. However, during the Ceremonial Duel, Marik says that if Yugi used the other effects of Ra (who was Normal Summoned), he could increase Ra's ATK to nearly 15,000. This would have been if he had tributed Slifer and Obelisk + paid all but 1 of his LP to increase Ra's ATK and DEF. In the only episode of GX where Ra appeared, Ra was Normal Summoned and still was able to use his other abilities. So its then left up to interpretation.

For some reason, Toon Table of Contents does not search for "Toon Kingdom"
