I really like this deck because of negating effects. it could be considered an anti-meta deck..
I made pretty good pre-SECE deck and it worked perfectly.

deck list:
MONSTERS (16)
3x Midfielder
3x Mighty Slugger
3x Perfect Ace
3x Goalkeeper
3x Warrior Lady of the Wasteland (or Giant Rat, but lady is searchable with ROTA)
Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu (search for Powered Jersey, Hidden Armory is better, though)

SPELLS (18)
3x Stadium
3x Powered Jersey
3x ROTA
3x Terraforming
3x The Monarchs Stormforth
Feast of the Wild LV5
2x MST

TRAPS (6)
2x Trap Stun
2x Dark Bribe
Wiretap
Solemn Warning


when SECE booster came out, I was very excited for new support, but nowadays I really don't know what to put into this deck. YGOPRO don't have these cards yet, so I can't test it online..
probably the best solution is to take out Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu and 1 Goalkeeper and throw in 2 Blockbackers.. what do you think about Playmaker and Turnover tactics? they are probably worth playing, but only 1 copy of each.. I don't know what to take out, so please feel free to discuss [:wink:]

I really like U.A. too, looks like you dont have the new ones, so I´m gonna tell what I use

- Redox is really usefull, use it

- I use one of this two mechanism:
*Burnning Abyss (3x tour guide, 1x Scarm, 2x Cyrr, 1-2x M-X Saber Invoker). Actually I use this, BA can be special summoned so you can sacrifice them to summon an UA, and give you access to Zenmaines, Mechgine and the other 3 rank xyz
*Transmodify (3x transmodify). Usefull if you run Warrior Lady

- I dont use Monarch Stormforth, I have them at side, instead have forbidden lance

- I dont use traps too, Im running 3x Royal decree

For the new support, I use 1x Winning tactics (plus 1 more at side) and 1x Blockbacker (and 1x Goalkeeper)

well, I hope there'll be an update soon, so we can play new U.A. cards..

I agree Redox can be useful, but there is a problem: the only EARTH monster which I usually sent to graveyard is Warrior lady of the wasteland (to SS U.A. monster from deck, or another WLOTW). so, 2nd Redox effect is rarely useful. 1st effect could be useful for rank 7 xyz, but I don't think people run them in U.A. deck..

Personally, I don't like that TG/BA engine. M-X Saber Invoker is the only useful monster on this list, but I still think it is "too much work" for SS Midfielder. ROTA + normal summon is much better option.. Transmodify is good, though, i could test it in my deck..

why you play Forbidden Lance? if you want to protect your monsters, you have Ace and Goalkeeper for that...
also I noticed most of people play 1 Goalkeeper and 1-2 Blockbacker.. okay, that's definitely enough. but if you count the number of U.A. monsters, there is not enough monsters.. that's why I play 2 goalkeepers and 2 blockbackers.. If I can't summon them, I have Monarchs Stormforth.. Feast of the Wild is good too, but I dropped it for Michief of the Gnomes. I was thinking about Cost Down, but it requres discarding 1 card which is bad.

So, you prefer Royal Decree and that's fine.. I always prefered Trap Stun/Dark Bribe/Wiretap combination because a lot of people use 3 MST and not so many people use traps for negation..

1 U.A. Turnover Tactics is good. I agree with you and don't use Playmaker. It could be good for OTK version of the deck, but I don't think that would work good enough.

i'd use them too but i'd still wait on more supports, they'll add more at some point

2º effect can bring out any of your dead U.A., and when you run off cards in hands (who knows) its a jack in the graveyard. Its a 2x1 monster that just take 1 slot on the deck, but of course its at taste of everyone (im trying things with U.A. too xD)

Acid golem give me good times because in the next turn I can sacrifice him. And scarm/Cyrr special summon can fill a non Midfield open hand

You can never have always Ace/Goalkeeper eff up, also Lance helps with easy OTKs with Jersey, and chain traps sequences. Also you cant use their effect on you turn 😉.
I have Michief of the Gnomes at side because I run the royal decree, but Ii have a trap side when I want to play them (normal summ Ace/Slugger is always cool for that hands without Midfielder)

As I said, I was triying it with them plus lances, if not I use that kind of traps setup, like Six Samurai =P

Nah, I prefer lance before Playmaker xDDD



Other thing I use (before the New Challenger release) was use them with Fire/Ice hand and SpellStriker. Now with Mildfielder they´re pretty obsolete, but think about still using hands for hard control
