Situation.

A: Summons a monster (say Blue-eyes white dragon)
B: Activates Trap Hole
A: Chains Call of the Haunted and targets Stratos (in graveyard)

Resolving,

Cotd brings back Stratos, doesn't Stratos eff trigger immiedately before resolving the entire chain?

Stratos' effect has the "when...you can" text, so his summon would have to be the last thing to happen in a chain for it to activate.

yeah stratos miss timing, and also effects cannot be activated in the middle of resolving chain, unless specified (like bountiful artemis)
even if stratos doesnt miss timing in this case its effect wont activate at the current chain, but in new chain after the current chain ends
