I used spellbinding circle on my opponents blue eyes. They sacrificed it next turn but when their monster went to the graveyard my spell binding circle stayed on the field. Is there a fix for this?

With sacrificed you mean it was tributed?

Spellbinding Circle is a continuous trap card. Unless the monster is destroyed as mentioned in the card effect Spellbinding Circle will stay on the field.
