If I download the game can i still play it

Yea even offline. I used to play Yugioh Online also. You can take the skins and theme from it and put into ygopro. There's not much difference except they had some animations for the win conditions.

Well yugioh online it was always special because like the yugioh tag force psp game series (except tag force special) this online game have animation avatars and also you allow to customize your avatar like the Pokemon online trading card game!![:wink:]
