Works fine for me. Please note the Synchro monster you want to bring back from the graveyard must have been properly synchro summoned first.

Please supply a replay of this occurring and state when you could not bring back a monster you wanted to. Also please state on which server and game version this occurred.

You can Tribute 1 monster, then target 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can Special Summon 2 Tuner monsters, in Defense Position, with the same Level (1 from your Deck and 1 from your Graveyard). You can only use each effect of "Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Belial" once per turn.

I just tested it on USA server and it works fine,

"You can only use each effect of "Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Belial" once per turn."
I did not use the second effect.

But in AI mode i triple tested it, it only can special summon Hot Red Dragon king from Graveyard

It only works one time in AI mode,

I can special summon using Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Belial once but after that i can not tribute any monster to trigger the 1st effect

You can only use each effect of "Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Belial" once per turn. That is what the highlighted text says. This means if you use the first effect you can not use the first effect again that turn.

I changed my language to En and it works perfect now.

I tested this in AI mode, everything appears to work just fine. I can use both effect once per turn, and I can re-use them next turn. My grave had regular RDA, Hot RDA, Hot RDA Abyss, and RDA Scar-Right. I could summon any one of them.

Im sorry i think is language bug....

because i use 1.033.4v3 Japanese pack

after i switched it to EN it works fine.
