Some bugs on some card effect

One for one does not activate shadoll's monsters effect.

Synchro monster return by the effect of rush warrior cannot be synchro summon.

& is it normal that charge of the light brigade does not activate shadoll's monster effect?

Shaddoll monster's graveyard effect only activates if they are sent to the graveyard by a card effect, one for one and charge of the light brigade send them to the graveyard as a cost for activating the effect.

For the rush warrior, post a replay, there could be many effects or things on the board that stop special summoning.
