I have been having this issue for a while where some cards don't display a description but three question marks like this [???]. I'm currently using ygopro-1.033.7-v2-Percy and applied the update, but the problem persists, even tried downloading a previous version of ygopro and downloaded the updates, but nothing changes.

i think that's because those in the replay are older version of beta card that already been replaced, notice the 2 ultimate falcons have different card number

Yes, that's what I thought. Then, how do i fix it? I tried downloading the full program and the problem remains.

They appear in replays and during duels, which is inconvenient since i can't tell what effect is being triggered or chained. Like not knowing if they attempt to destroy, banish, target, etc... then can't tell if I have a chance to counter them or if I should chain my own cards.

https://github.com/Ygoproco/Live  extract it, open the folder "live" copy all the files you see there, then go to the folder of your game > expansions > live and what you just copied, paste it inside that folder, and done. But just in case create a back up before replacing anything.
