Is still OCG

Way past overdue

Update: Pending.

Deleted last bump.

This has been discussed on Github with Steeldarkeagle and other contributors. All we can do is wait, but it is higher of a priority than it was before. Beta tags on the official BOSH cards WILL NOT CHANGE until the next major update push. However, the TCG/OCG issues regarding BOSH should be fixed before the major update.

Other fixes are usually more important, also please do not bump in such a short space of time.

I'll have a quick look over some of the cards to see which ones need a change to TCG/OCG.

It's just been 2 weeks and I could have submitted that simple change myself. It actually puts us behind other clients and actually makes them TCG illegal, which is actually a problem. Thank you for looking into it.

[:thumbu:] Update: Talking on Github and this is currently being worked out for those waiting.

Ok guys. Here is the news. They will stay Beta until the next major update. However, the TCG/OCG fixing (Such as Performapal Pendulum Sorcerer) is pending, but not ignored. Shouldn't be much longer but you will have to wait for the next major update for the Beta tags to come off of the Legal cards.

The beta "status" doesn't actually have anything to do with the cards being legal in any format, those are just the cards, that have been added since the last major patch to the core program. The cards being flagged as beta shouldn't affect you in any way, since there is no limitations or format that handles beta cards specifically. From the player perspective, they are cards like any other, maybe with a higher likelyhood to still contain some bugs and getting some fixes here and there. There is no need to remove the beta status from a card for whatever reason, as far as I am aware. As you say, it will be done, as soon as another major update to the client is released.

I agree, that the card pool status does have an impact on the players and should be updated. But as Steel said, it's not the highest priority, compared to "real" bugs. Glad to hear, that it is being worked out, though.

Like i said, it has been handled outside of the forum. I don't need an explanation as I was the one who got one. I was just letting everyone else know what the issues were, etc. If you would like to explain to everyone in detail, go ahead, but I was letting the community know the update regarding the BOSH releases.
