For reference, Deskbot 007's monster effect:

Quote:

This card gains 500 ATK for each "Deskbot" card in your Graveyard. Monsters your opponent controls cannot target face-up "Deskbot" monsters for attacks, except this one. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.

Since the effect text says "this one" rather than "Deskbot 007", does that mean having two or more Deskbot 007s on the field effectively creates an attack lock?

I ask because, when playing against the AI, YGOPro would previously allow both Deskbot 007s to be attacked, whereas now no attacks can be made at all.

Yes, it creates a attack lock-out similar to Marauding Captain.
