Magician's Rod 2nd effect

Magician's Rod 2nd effect should activate when a face-up Spell/Trap's effect is activated (like Magician of Black Illusion should).

Yes, I'm pretty sure. Either Eerie missed the post or the fix didn't work as planned.

I'll check those cards tomorrow. The issue is only with Rod, correct?

Magician of Black Illusion should have the same issue, also it has other isues that I reported in a separate thread.
