I have Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon on my field but I can't summon New Order 12 Etheric Mahes with Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force. Can anyone tell me why?
EDIT: I have understand: Ultimate Falcon is unaffected by other cards' effects. Sorry for this post
